SAVING FOR RETIREMENT
The BDSI 401(k) Retirement Plan offers a competitive dollar for dollar company match on the first 10% of eligible base and incentive pay that employees contribute to their 401(k) accounts, subject to legal limits. You’ll be fully vested in your and the company’s contributions as soon as they’re made and can choose from a variety of investment options.
TAX-ADVANTAGED ACCOUNTS
You can make tax-free contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA) (available for high-deductible health plan enrollees) or flexible spending accounts to cover eligible health and dependent care expenses. Employees enrolled in a high-deductible health plan also receive an HSA contribution from BDSI to help pay for health care costs.
